Survey Purpose

In October 2011, California Hospital Association's Hospital Preparedness Program distributed the draft “Guidelines for Developing Best Practices to Assist California Hospitals in Preparing for and Responding to a Water Disruption” as a tool to assist hospitals in planning for the 2011 Statewide Medical Health Exercise.

We are requesting your feedback on the usefulness and application of this tool since its release. The survey deadline is Monday, February 13, 2012.
