Instructions to Survey Respondent – Delaware County New York Connects through the Delaware County office of Aging wishes to develop a new coordinated public transportation program in Delaware County. As part of this planning process, Delaware County New York Connects must develop and inventory of employer transportation needs for employees to better access Delaware County’s employment opportunities.
