The information you provide will be used for developing the 2011 list. We will contact you next year to update your information. There is no fee to apply for the CE News Top Civil Engineering Firms list.
When completing the online questionnaire, note that approximations are acceptable and may include recent acquisitions. Please complete the information requested as it relates to your whole company, not a branch office, division, or subsidiary.
Requirements to apply
For the purposes of this list, civil engineering is defined broadly to include services such as, but not limited to, the following: site design, utility design, transportation design, structural engineering, geotechnical services, environmental engineering, et cetera. For example, firms that would not meet the requirement for the CE News list would be those that primarily conduct business in the fields of land surveying, land planning, GIS, construction, or architectural services.
To participate in the CE News Top Civil Engineering Firms list, firms must meet the following requirements:
• At least $75 million in gross revenue,
• At least 51 percent of firms’ gross revenue must be derived from the practice of civil engineering, and
• At least 200 U.S-based employees.
