This electronic survey has been developed to allow your area’s community prevention coalition, ONE Voice for Southeastern NH, to assess a wide range of factors that tap into the coalition’s strengths, challenges, opportunities, and successes. If you are receiving the link for this survey, you have been identified as someone who may have information that can help improve the coalition’s work to prevent and reduce underage drinking and/or young adult binge drinking.

No identifying information is collected or tracked, and your participation is confidential.
