The Learning Partnership's Welcome to Kindergarten Parent Survey
The Learning Partnership is requesting the following information from parents or caregivers who participated in a Welcome to Kindergarten Family Orientation Session at their local school in 2011 or 2012. Please complete and submit on or before July 30, 2012.
The Learning Partnership is responsible for the personal information which it collects and holds. The Learning Partnership does not use your personal information for purposes other than those to which you have consented.
Should The Learning Partnership require the services of a third party to handle your personal information, it will require this third party to adhere to the privacy procedures that will keep your information confidential.
