4. CLINICAL VISITS

The clinical visits will be organised for a very limited amount of participants from countries where OT education has just started. The price for these visits is EUR 25 for both the morning and afternoon visit. If you want to do only one visit you will pay EUR 12,50.

5. DAY TRIPS

Day trips on Sunday 17th of October will be suggested by the Karolinska Institutet organisers who will join the trips as facilitators. The trips will be paid at own expenses. In some cases the travel card provided will be possible to use.

6. SPECIAL REQUESTS LUNCHES AND SOCIAL DINNER

In case you do have a special diet because of allergic reaction to some (ingredients of) food, we will try to arrange special lunches during the meeting and the social dinner for you. In case you are not able to attend the Annual ENOTHE Meeting 14th-16th October you are obliged to pay administration costs of 30 Euro and after the 1st of October we cannot refund your payment.
