In collaboration with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the BC Real Estate Association (BCREA) hosted a tour for REALTORS® of CHMC’s EQuilibrium™ Housing competition winner, Harmony House, on January 26. This free demonstration was an opportunity to learn about the costs, benefits and how to market cutting-edge sustainable homes. With the success of the first tour and depending on levels of interest, BCREA and CMHC have decided to potentially facilitate a second tour for REALTORS® in late March.
