Thank you for taking this short, four question poll. We want to hear your insight on what impact the economy will have on geographic differentials. We'll publish our findings in Salary.com HR Voice in the next couple of weeks. What impact do you think the economy will have on geographic wage differentials?   Lots of change – the economy has really impacted the labor market. No change or little change – in this economy salaries everywhere are moving in the same direction – down!! A little bit of both – mostly flat with a few extreme changes in areas where the job market is really hurting.
