WLI ENGAGEMENT SURVEY January 2013

50%
As a WLI member and early childhood development supporter, we know you want us to report back to you on the positive impact that you and more than 1,000 fellow WLI members are making in the lives of our community’s children. We have only one way to track the full extent of your engagement activity…and that’s for you to tell us.

Please take a moment to complete this brief survey. We’ll repeat this survey 3 times per year so you can recall activities closer to the time they happen. This survey covers September through December 2012.
1.If you contributed to an early childhood collection drive, how many items did you contribute?
2.If you volunteered with an early childhood project, how many hours did you volunteer?
3.If you have advocated for the early childhood development issue, please tell us how many times you have advocated using the following methods.

Remember, advocacy is defined as the active support of an idea or cause. It’s not just about contacting a legislator. Advocacy may include influencing your inner circle (workplace, home, church) and communicating to decision makers in order to educate them.
