1. Loring Part Art Festival Volunteers

 
Thank you for your interest in making Loring Park Art Festival's twelfth anniversary a great festival for artists and visitors alike. Your participation is critical to our success. After you submit this survey, someone will be in touch shortly.

The festival takes place Saturday and Sunday, August 6th-7th, 2011.

1. Please provide the contact information, and indicate your preferred mode (phone, email?). We will do our best to adhere to this.

2. Please tell us briefly why you're interested in volunteering for Loring Park Art Festival.

3. We give all of our volunteers an artist-designed festival t-shirt. What size t-shirt would you prefer?

4. Many positions work in pairs. Do you have someone you would like to bring with you to volunteer??

5. When will you be available? CHOOSE AS MANY AS YOU ARE AVAILABLE - indicating more than one does not mean you're promising to work every shift, it just helps us with flexibility in scheduling. We will contact you to set up a precise shift. Shifts vary in length between 2-4 hours.

The overall hours when volunteers are needed are:
Friday, Aug 5th, 1:00pm-6:30pm
Saturday, Aug 6th, 6:00am-6:15pm
Sunday, August 7th, 7:30am - 6:30pm


6. We have a number of positions to fill:
- Check in crew: meet the artists, give them info packets, help the load in process go smoothly for all
- Artist breakfast: welcome artists, help serve breakfast
- Art hop bus welcome: be the first face for visitors arriving via bus, "Welcome to our happy show!"
- Info booth: man the booth, answer questions (we'll give you the answers!)
- Floater: sit in artist's booths if they need to step away, make sure that things are running smoothly, gather feedback, mingle!
