This survey is the first step in the process and for it we are seeking ONE representative per company (man or woman) to complete a brief set of questions on the demographics of women in your ENTIRE company. The following survey contains 24 questions related to how many women work at your company and what kind of programs are or aren't available to recruit and retain women. It will require approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
PLEASE NOTE that you may not be able to save your responses (and return at a later time) to the survey if it is incomplete. We recommend printing out the survey questions and preparing your answers before you complete and submit the survey. If you do not know the answer to a particular question, please consult a colleague.
We greatly appreciate your time in completing this survey on behalf of your organization. Your responses to the following questions WILL NOT be associated with your organization’s name. In its final form, the data will be presented aggregated by agribusiness sector.
STEP 2 in the study is a survey on individual women's perspectives and experiences in agribusiness. This will require the participation of women (only) from a variety of companies, positions and experiences in agribusiness and will ask qualitative questions about challenges, accomplishments, attitudes and behaviors.
