Three levels of training are proposed:

Overview: The evolution of HL7 messaging in NZ and internationally. Covers non-technical aspects for all involved in HL7 implementations, lessons from the front-line, NZ and international resources and contacts.

Technical 1: For those who need details of the HL7 version 2 framework and standard (trigger events, message framework), includes tools you can use to work with V2.

Technical 2: For those who need details of the HL7 version 3 Reference Information Model (RIM), associated messaging standards, including CDA, HL7 SOA – Introduction to HSSP.
