Greetings,

This 5-MINUTE SURVEY is for the collection of data regarding anaerobic digestion and biogas production & use at municipal wastewater treatment facilities in the U. S.

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION for any individual municipal wastewater treatment facility that has operating anaerobic digestion.

The survey is short; please try to go all the way through the survey in one sitting, to avoid submitting an incomplete response.

If you want to enter data for more than one facility, please complete one survey for the first, then come back to the same web address (url) and complete a second survey for the next, etc.

This survey is part of a project led by the North East Biosolids and Residuals Association (NEBRA) and Black & Veatch and sponsored by the Water Environment Federation (WEF), with assistance from American Biogas Council (ABC), BioCycle, Mid-Atlantic Biosolids Association (MABA), California Association of Sanitation Agencies (CASA), and Northwest Biosolids Management Association (NBMA).

All data collected in this survey will become part of a publicly-available data set available from the websites of many of the above organizations.
