Welcome to the Wallingford WE CARE Early Childhood Parent Survey
The WECARE Parent Survey will:
-Inform Wallingford's community-wide plan for keeping all young children (birth to age five) Safe, Healthy, Loved, and Successful!
This survey covers topics identified by focus group participants over the last year.
There are six topics in this survey:
Family Information (so we can be sure we have broad participation)
Early Learning Experiences (defined as opportunities for young children to develop knowledge and skills and opportunities for parent and child interaction)
Community Characteristics (in support of families raising young children)
Child Care (varying services for working families)
Family Support (social, legal, economic, education, and health services)
Health Care (access and quality of care)
Elementary School (if you have or had a child in preschool - kindergarten)
If you do not have a child in school you can skip the last topic.
Thank you for completing the survey! It should take no more than 20 minutes. The bar at the top shows your progress.
