1. This giveaway is subject to the specific directions published for the giveaway on this website and/or any other printed materials. In the case of conflict between these rules and such specific directions/terms and conditions, these rules shall prevail. By participating in this giveaway, you are deemed to accept these rules and the specific directions/terms and conditions applicable to the relevant giveaway.
2. Claimants are selected randomly from the entries received.
3. Giveaway is limited to one entry per person.
4. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
5. Employees and agents of Final Draft, Inc. ("Final Draft") or any company connected with the production of this giveaway are not eligible to take part in the applicable giveaway, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households.
6. Claimants under 18 years of age are prohibited from entering the giveaway. Giveaways are restricted to claimants of age 18 years or over.
7. Failure to claim a reward or other giveaway item within 15 days of notification will make any claim invalid.
8. Prizes will be awarded no sooner than one day after the deadline for entry, but no later than 30 days following.
9. Giveaway rewards and other giveaway items are not transferable, may not be resold, and are subject to availability.
