4. Basic Terms of account, once approved:

Delivery timeline dependent on supplies on hand. Plans can be worked out to where large orders are split into two or more shipments to accommodate the quantity purchase discount.

No less than 6 to 8 weeks for any wholesale order unless discussed prior to ordering. Shorter turn around times may be possible during certain periods.

Minimum time needed for initial orders may be longer due to the establishment of account and possible need to get proper supplies and staffing in place. However, details and a rush on minimums can be arranged.

Payments accepted through paypal or business check made out to Bamboo Bums. Checks that come back with insufficient funds will result in entire order being canceled, with no refund and the company being on our ‘black list’.

Customer pays shipping expenses. Local pick up is also an option.

MSRP must be adhered to. Sale dates will be forwarded to vendors, including a ‘launch party’ sale. Details sent along with the first order.

We are flexible with special, individual store promotions. We just ask that we are notified ahead of time in the event that customers contact us about the sales.

Utility Diapers must be ordered in quantities of 5, minimum of 2 per color. This may change in the future, but all accounts will be notified prior to change.

No returns on wholesale accounts.

We reserve the right to change the terms and pricing contained with in this document at any time.

There is currently no minimum dollar amount you must purchase, however you must meet the minimum requirements for the category to get the discount. For example- to get the diaper discount, you must purchase a minimum of 5 to receive 35% off.
