Home Child Care Provider Survey

The District of Muskoka in partnership with Muskoka Family Focus is interested in better understanding the home child care that is being offered by many dedicated individuals throughout Muskoka, and in identifying supports that may be of benefit to families who have their child(ren) cared for in a home setting. It is recognized that a large percentage of parents count on this type of child care as a valuable service and that it is often the only type of care that is available in rural communities.

We are asking you to take a few minutes to complete this survey which is also being distributed to many other home child care providers throughout Muskoka. This survey is 10 questions in length. Your answers will be combined with all of the surveys completed so it will not be possible to identify any individual’s answers.
