Investigating joint-house ownership in the London market

 

As part of my Masters in Business Administration Dissertation I am undertaking an investigation joint property ownership in the London market.

I would be grateful if you could spare 10 minutes to complete this short survey for me.

The idea of joint ownership is that it allows the individual to get on the property ladder earlier by purchasing a share of a property with one or more people. After a number of years the capital value of the property would increase (generally at a higher rate than investing your money in the bank) allowing the individual to sell their share of the property (making a return higher than if they had invested this money in the bank) which they can use to invest in a property of their own.
