Vulnerability in Foster Care

This survey is designed to elicit the views of National Policy Council members regarding the vulnerability of foster youth to sexual predators and domestic sex trafficking. Even if you personally have not been victimized by sexual predators or have first hand experience with sex traffickers, you can contribute to this conversation by helping the Council identify what might make foster youth more vulnerable than their peers, and in developing recommendations that could help to keep foster youth safer.

It is important to note that your privacy will be protected and your individual responses will not be tied to you in any product that is produced. You will see that we do not ask for names on this survey. In the event that your personal story would help make the case to keeping foster youth safe, you will ALWAYS be asked for permission before your name is attached to any published information.
