Thank you for participating in the Vision Mendocino 2030 survey! The purpose of this survey is to help identify the growth scenario that will best guide the future growth of Mendocino County.
This survey consists of three parts: The first part (from page 2 to page 6) briefly outlines the Vision Mendocino 2030 project and the process of developing the five alternative growth scenarios, and describes the characteristics of each scenario and the performance measures that were used to project land use changes over the next 20 years. The second part (from page 7 to page 8) asks for your input to rank the growth scenarios and the performance measures. The third part (page 9) asks you to provide some information about yourself. Providing your personal information is completely optional. Personal information and responses collected in this survey will be used for statistical purposes only and will be kept confidential.
This survey will be open to the public until the end of the year (2012). After the community has had the opportunity to share their opinion, a preferred growth scenario will be identified and revised based upon the collective information received from the community.
