Mediation and the GLBTIQ Community - GLBTIQ Survey
1. Invitation to complete survey
We would like to invite you to complete a short online survey (about 10-20 mins.) about your knowledge about and experiences with mediation. This research is conducted by the Australian Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies at The University of Queensland (Melbourne) in partnership with Gay and Lesbian Health Victoria.
The purpose of the survey is to gain deeper understanding of whether and how members of the GLBTIQ community access mediation services in Victoria, and how appropriate that service is for them. Your answers are extremely valuable for improving the mediation services provided to the GLBTIQ community.
The survey is voluntary and all information that you provide is confidential. If you do not wish to participate, you need do nothing. The completed surveys will be stored in locked files for 5 years and after that will be destroyed. The results will be made available in aggregated statistical form only. Individual people will not be able to be identified.
If you wish to withdraw your responses from this research, please contact the Principal Researcher on the number below no more than 2 weeks after you return your survey.
This study has been cleared in accordance with the ethical review guidelines and processes of The University of Queensland. These guidelines are endorsed by the University's principal human ethics committee, the Human Experimentation Ethical Review Committee, and registered with the Australian Health Ethics Committee as complying with the National Statement.
