Heritage Elementary values the voice of one of our most important customers, our parents. We are seeking feedback about the effectiveness of our school. The purpose of this survey is to provide information about our schools' strengths and to identify areas in need of improvement.

As we approach the end of the school year, we are looking for your input on our Parent Satisfaction Survey. Please take a few minutes to answer this survey. Add your own comments where appropriate. We appreciate your shared thoughts.
