Welcome to the survey on the Service Standards for our Pest Control services.

We provide a comprehensive pest control service to the residents and businesses in Edinburgh. Services include:

- the provision of pest treatments and advice for rodents and insects
- insect identification
- house clearances
- service contracts

Many of the services are offered on a commercial basis including house clearances and bird proofing.

Pest Control are consulting on their draft Service Standards with customers, partners and the wider community.

Please read through the service standards and answer the questions following. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Your views are important and will be incorporated into the final version of the Service Standards which will be available online, and by post.

This consultation is ongoing. We will review you responses each month.
