1. Purpose of TAG Survey
We are attempting to gather insight into the current DoD HFE TAG schedule and sessions, and would greatly appreciate your feedback. This survey is anonymous, however, if you would like us to contact you about the comments you provided, please provide contact information at the end comment section of the survey. If you would like to remain anonymous, please do not provide contact information in the final comment section. The results of this survey will be presented to the TAG Operating Board to and will influence the content of future TAG meetings.
