1. Introduction to Recommendation Form

 
To Whom it May Concern:

Your employee has expressed interest in participating in the Reuse Alliance's "Master Reuser" Reuse Sector Training Module.

If they are accepted, they will take part in a series of interactive webinars designed to improve their skills and increase the effectiveness of your reuse organization.

Space is limited, so in order for your employee to be considered for the program a completed application packet (i.e. their application & your recommendation) must be received no later than March 22, 2010 at 5pm.
