Now that health care reform legislation has been signed into law, we are on the verge of experiencing groundbreaking changes to our health care system. More than one year of debating and negotiating health care reform has resulted in complex legislation that will years to implement.

From the beginning of the debate, NCLR’s priority was to represent the voice and needs of our Affiliates. As we enter the stage where this new law will be put to action, it is important for us to be able to relay the information that you believe is most important for you and/or the organizations that you represent.
