Freedom of Information Applicant Feedback and Satisfaction Survey
1. Freedom of Information Applicant Feedback and Satisfaction Survey
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 give rights of public access to information held by public authorities.
This anonymous satisfaction survey has been produced to ensure compliance with the above act and the requirements of the Information Governance Toolkit 8-603 (2) (b). The survey will help NHS Oldham review and improve our procedures to ensure compliance with the Acts and to continue improving our performance.
Response letters and emails sent out to applicants will include a statement asking applicants to complete the survey on line. For those responses sent out by post, a hard copy of the survey will be attached to the response letter.
NHS Oldham’s Freedom of Information policy and procedures will be reviewed in light of the results and any relevant amendments made.
The information from the returned survey will be treated in confidence in line with NHS Oldham’s data protection policy and national data protection rules.
