Nottingham City Homes is planning a number of changes to the way we deliver services to you based on what you've been telling us over the last few months.
A number of our tenants have already told us how they would like to be contacted by using the survey on page 4 in July's News from Nottingham City Homes.
The survey is also on this page. There are only 7 questions. If you haven't done it yet, why not reply here and let us know how you would most and least like to be contacted.
For example:
If you would most like to report a repair by phone, and least like to report it through our website, click the appropriate boxes.
We will be collating the information we receive and putting it into a future issue of News from Nottingham City Homes.
