It's NOT Complicated is a cross between "Men are From Mars and Women are from Venus" and "Act Like a Lady and Think Like a Man" in the workplace.
Our goal is to provide women with a fresh and provocative guide that exposes the brutal truth of what men are really thinking about women in the workplace - and how they can use it to their advantage to get ahead.
