Please rate the following event ideas to help us decide what types of events you would like to see Slow Food Cincinnati host in the future. Assuming schedule conflicts are NOT an issue, please rate each idea "Would definitely attend," "Might attend," or "Would definitely not attend."
1. An exclusive dinner at Nectar using good, clean, and fair ingredients.
2. A goetta cook-off, using local heritage pork, with possible prizes for the best goetta recipe. Please note, this cook-off would be for making goetta, not for making something with goetta.
3. A hands-on cheese-making class with Blue Jacket Dairy.
4. A hands-on bread baking class with Blue Oven Bakery.
