Introductory Statement

The purpose of this online questionnaire is to learn more about your views on forest roads in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest and to gather information that could help to identify roads and destinations valued by the public. Before you start the survey, go to this website: http://mbssustainableroads.wordpress.com/sustainable-roads/maps/. The maps will help you complete the rest of this survey.

The questionnaire is being hosted by the Washington Trails Association on behalf of the Sustainable Roads Cadre, an alliance of more than 20 organizations gathering information from the public about roads, access and travel management on the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.

The questionnaire should take about 20 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and you may skip any question that you prefer not to answer. The demographic questions at the end will help us to make sure we are reaching many segments of the population.

You may only fill out the questionnaire one time. If you have participated in a public engagement session sponsored by the Sustainable Roads Cadre, please indicate below.
