1. Introduction
Thank you for taking part in our survey. This questionnaire is designed to capture your experience of the STEM Directories and Enrichment and Enhancement activities (E&E) more generally. Your feedback will be used to improve the STEM Directories service to make it as useful as possible.
The information you provide will only be used for this evaluation and all data will be anonymous and stored securely. Throughout this survey any questions marked (*) are compulsory; all others are optional.
At the end of the survey you will have the opportunity to choose to enter a prize draw to win £500 for your school and/or college to put towards activities covered within the STEM Directories. (If you are an activity provider then you may nominate a school and/or college to engage your activities up to the value of £500). One lucky winner will be drawn every two months. Entering the competition is entirely optional, and all contact details associated with the competition will be kept separate to the data collected within this survey.
