ANCOR Employer Health Insurance Survey

As of January 1, 2014 all employers with 50 or more employees will be required to provide health insurance to full time employees. The purpose of this survey is to determine the status of community programs providing supports to people with disabilities in their ability to meet this requirement.

Please complete this survey to enable ANCOR to present data to Congress regarding the lack of financial means among community programs to fulfill this obligation.
