About the County Council questionnaire

Staffordshire County Council is asking for views on the Government’s plans to change the way concerns about health and social care are handled. To help us respond on behalf of our clients we would be grateful if you would complete the following survey. The survey includes the County Council questions and some additional questions to help POhWER understand your views about the role of independent organisations that support people with health and social care issues.
