The Mourne Mountains Tourism Survey
Your views on what should happen next in tourism in the Mourne Mountains area
We've been asked by the local authorities and Northern Ireland Tourist Board to identify the next steps for tourism development and growth in the the Mourne Mountains area. The local authorities involved are Banbridge, Down and Newry and Mourne District Councils.
The most recent tourism plan for the area was prepared in 2010 and needs updating. NITB and the local authorities want to make sure that the tourism and hospitality trade - everyone who makes a living from visitors - has their say about what they want to happen in tourism, where effort should be directed and how more visitors can be attracted to stay longer.
This survey gives you the opportunity to have your say about opportunities, priorities and where investment should happen next. Tell us too about what could be done better and what you think the Mourne Mountains area is missing out on.
Your response will be kept entirely confidential and we will feedback the overall results to you. All entrants to the survey also have the chance to win a £50 gift voucher as a thank you from us.
