We welcome you to the self-assessment for the Basics of Values Centered Innovation.
The Basics Profile is a personal self-assessment related to 7 basic concepts that are part of a common language and understanding for how to work innovatively. It does not measure your “level” of innovativeness. Rather it shows your strategy for applying these 7 basic concepts to your work, individually and in groups.
We’re still in the "research & validation" phase of developing this survey. For this second round, we have included only the best 33 out of 54 double-choice items from the first survey. There are an additional 25 items that relate to the kinds of innovative work you might do.
By patiently answering all 58 items, you will help us finalize the best items for the assessment.
After our analysis, we’ll send you your personalized feedback, which will offer you insights into how you exercise your creative, innovative potential at work.
