High Suffolk Rural Passenger Transport Survey

 1 / 11
Welcome! Thank you for your interest in passenger transport in rural areas of Suffolk.

Now, more than ever, the public sector and its partners need to provide services that meet changing individual needs and deliver greater value for money for the local taxpayer. Suffolk County Council is playing its part by reviewing passenger transport services in and around your parish in an attempt to re-shape rural passenger transport services to meet a range of diverse and changing needs. To help us do this we need to understand more about how people travel now.

Please help us by completing this short survey, which should take around 10 minutes. The information you give will help County Council Transport Managers shape future services and inform you of any changes.

Please answer the questions on the following pages on behalf of all the people who live at your address.

In particular, please make sure you fill in your postcode as we must know where you and other members of your family are traveling from.

All information will remain anonymous to preserve confidentiality. Towards the end of the survey you can choose whether you would like to enter your contact details. These will only be used to provide information requested and tell you about existing and new services where you have expressed an interest.

Thank you very much for your interest in this review. The information you provide in this survey is very important to us.

Please complete the survey by 15 March 2010.

Please contact Dawn Carton on 01473 264820 or dawn.carton@suffolk.gov.uk or Will Marshall on 01473 264814 or will.marshall@suffolk.gov.uk if you would like any help completing the survey.
