University of West Georgia Survey of Perceptions about Authorities
Purpose of the Study & Information for You
The purpose of this study is to explore the connection between same sex domestic violence and police response. An important part of the project is determining how people feel about the identities associated with authority figures and also identities associated with the LGBT community. The information you provide will help sociologists understand relationships between authorities and same sex couples.
The survey will take you approximately 15 minutes.
The information in this study will be kept in complete confidentiality. NO NAMES or other identifying information will be used. No reference to you will be made in any part of the study. Your information will be in no way linked to the results. The two researchers listed below are the only two people who will see your responses to this survey.

If you decide to participate and then to withdraw before you complete the survey, I will use the information you have completed unless you request that I destroy it.
