This survey is being conducted to assist the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in measuring its performance and ability to meet the transportation needs of Kentucky. Specifically, we are interested in evaluating the performance of the newly completed “Double Crossover Diamond” project at the interchange of Harrodsburg Road (US 68) and New Circle Road (KY 4) in Lexington.
