Welcome to TSSA's PRP and Fair Pay survey. TSSA is committed to securing a fair pay system for all staff working for TfL. The survey is two parts:

Firstly, it will ask you for your views on Performance Related Pay (PRP) and the Performance and Review system in TfL, and information that you provide will be held confidentially by TSSA. This data will be used to inform our current negotiations on PRP and the P &D system.

Secondly, the survey will ask you for relevant information to enable us to evaluate if you may have a claim for equal pay. Anecdotal evidence and previous research indicates significant pay differences between staff in the same jobs, and a possible gender pay gap.

Once you have completed the survey, if we believe you may have a claim we will contact you direct to discuss the matter further.

This survey is open to both TSSA members and non-members. It should take only 10 minutes to complete. Please encourage your colleagues to complete it too.
