PHYSICS FOR BUILDING SCIENCE is an intensive summer program teaching physics principles focused on ENERGY & HEAT TRANSFER as they relate to buildings, energy efficiency, and human comfort. Students receive an introduction to refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity, and lighting. The aim of this course is to provide an excellent foundation for entering into green technical careers.
NOTE: THIS COURSE DOES NOT INCLUDE VECTOR ANALYSIS, STUDY OF MOTION & GRAVITY, MOMENTUM, OR ATOMIC THEORY.
