Rockin' the 216 - Application

1. Thank you for your interest in our program! This fun and educational experience will be an investment towards your academic success. While fun, we do expect that you take this program seriously. Participants and their families must make the following commitments:

1.) ATTENDANCE - you will attend 32 afterschool classes, Monday - Thursday, during the 8-week session. If you miss a day, you will be expected to make it up on Friday. The program starts promptly at 3:30 every day. You must be able to arrive by that time.
2.) PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT - families will be engaged in the students' experiences. A parent or caring adult will attend both informational parent meetings (one at the mid-point and one at the end).
3.) EFFORT - you want to improve academically, and will work toward that goal.
4.) ENTHUSIASM - you will be an active participant in all of the planned activities.
