You have been selected to participate in this survey because of your attendance at the KCCNA Ninth Convention in Dallas on July 22-25, 2010. Over the past few years, we evaluated the convention based on the feedback from few to make improvements for the next KCCNA convention. But, this year we are going to rely on the unbiased input from all of you to have better feedback and suggestions. To accomplish this, we need to hear from you!

Please take a few moments to answer these questions while your memories of Convention are still fresh in your mind. We request that our convention attendees complete the following survey in order to gain feedback on your perception of our convention. Plus, we love to hear your ideas and suggestions to make our future conventions better and meet your needs! This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

With your feedback, not only will we retain some of the current programs, but we’ll have the feedback to add or delete programs. Summary from this survey will be published in the KCCNA Souvenir and will be used to make recommendations for future Conventions.
