1. Important Information about Submitting a TOTB Session

The Teaching Outside the Box (TOTB) conference is Thursday, March 20-Saturday, March 22. The conference will be in Denver. We are finalizing a contract with the venue and will announce the location soon.

The tagline for this year's TOTB conference is Share, EEvolve, Grow, which references environmental education(EE) in the past and present in Colorado and the evolution of EE towards the future.

Environmental education occurs in many forms and is taught by a variety of EE providers including both formal (classroom) and non-formal (nature centers, non-profits, state agencies, community groups, etc.) educators. Strong consideration will be given to session proposals that incorporate or address the conference tagline and teaching EE outside of the box.
