An orthodontist's schooling never stops. We take courses to learn new clinical skills but we need your feedback to improve our customer service skills. Your candid or honest answers to the following questions will allow us to improve your care and the care of future patients.

1. Whenever I phone Dr. Trepp's orthodontic office, I receive prompt, courteous, attention.

2. Dr. Trepp takes time to listen to me.
