Lifestyle Modification and Potato Consumption Study 024
You will visit the Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center for information and screening meetings to assure that you meet eligibility criteria for participation. If you qualify, and are interested in participating in the study, you will attend 8 weekly dietitian led group weight-loss classes and have six additional visits for study testing. Daily intake of a prepared potato or alternate starch dish will be required to be consumed throughout the study. This study is being conducted by Susan K. Raatz, Ph.D., R.D., Gerald F. Combs, Ph.D., and James N. Roemmich, Ph.D. at the Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center in Grand Forks, ND.
