Before taking this Quiz, make sure you have studied Volunteer Basics and Dog Walking 101. This information is available by clicking on the Dog Button in Step Two, the Homework section, of Steps To Volunteering.
Learning and remembering this information is extremely important to ensure that your volunteer experience is safe and that your interactions with our animals keep them healthy and behaviorally sound.
The following Quiz is designed to test your knowlege of some of the basics of volunteering and dog handling. Your answers to the following questions will determine if you qualify for an invitation to attend a Dog Walking Orientation. You will learn much more about interacting with our wonderful dogs at your New Volunteer Orientation.
Please do not take a "short-cut" to fill out the quiz by looking up the answers to the following questions. Everything in Dog Walking 101 is important, and it is essential that you fully understand all of the protocols and are able to put them into practice each time you volunteer with our dogs.
