Survey

1. Informed Consent

This online survey is a Loyola University Maryland research study on jealousy. We are interested in sex differences in jealousy and how gender roles influence jealousy. You will be asked to answer a variety of questions in the form of hypothetical scenarios, multiple choice, open answer, and likert scale questions. There are no right or wrong answers. Your responses will be a valuable contribution to our research and we appreciate your time. If at anytime you feel fatigued or the need to stop, you may take a break and resume participation in this survey at a later time.

All of your responses are anonymous and will be downloaded and stored in a computer file accessible only by the researchers. The data will not be linked to your name or your identity. The findings of this study may be published, but individual participants will not be identified.

Only individuals who are at least 18 years or older may participate in this experiment. The procedures in this study do not involve any known risks. Participation is voluntary; at any time you may discontinue participation or refuse to answer particular items. Refusal to participate will involve neither penalty nor loss of benefits to which the participant is otherwise entitled.
