1. Cafe in the Park by The Toledo Restaurant Training Center

 
The Toledo Restaurant Training Center is opening Cafe in the Park on September 22nd with its class of CHEF students. Our students have created this survey to discover what was liked about the cafe in the past and what customers would like to see in the future.

Salad Najay: A blend of mixed field greens and lettuce topped with tri-color bell peppers, grilled chicken and chevre (goat cheese).
Greek Salad: Mixed blend of lettuces topped with the traditional Greek favorites: feta cheese, kalamatta olives, pepperocini, gyro meat, and served with a cucumber and sour cream dressing.

4. Please rate the following entree choices by whether or not you would like to see them on the menu.

Three Cheese Ravioli: Ravioli stuffed with portabella mushrooms and three Italian cheeses and tossed in an alfredo sauce.
Spinach and Artichoke Chicken: Grilled chicken breast topped with a spinach and artichoke sauce.
Parmesan Crusted Tilapia: A filet of tilapia encased in a parmesan crust and topped with champagne tomato vinaigrette. Served atop sundried tomato couscous.
