We’re glad you’re interested in joining the True Purpose™ coach certification Mentor Team! Being a Mentor Coach is a very rewarding role, as you guide participants on their journey to successful completion of the certification process.

The position requires a one-year minimum commitment to carry out the paid accountabilities of a Mentor Coach. In addition, you will also be expected to participate in a few unpaid activities, principally, attending or leading a monthly Mentor Team meeting and doing occasional peer reviews of other mentors' evaluation work.

Beyond the income and prestige, this position offers you an invaluable opportunity to deepen your mastery and contribute your unique expertise to the growth of this work.
